Important Notes for Publications:

In order to be considered for publication, the author should formally submit her/his paper to Professor Cheng Few Lee, along with a submission fee of US$ 150 (check to be made payable to RQFA). Professor Lee will decide which paper is going to publish in RQFA, RPBFMP, or AQAFA in accordance with the reviewer’s comments. This fee should be sent to the following address:
